What does Grijz offer?

Grijz offers organic heather essentials made from 100% organic cotton. Grijz develops a collection of premium organic heather clothing for women and men and is a sustainable slow fashion brand: no seasonal collections and no unsold inventory.

What is Grijz's mission?

Grijz clothing is made of 100% organic cotton. Grijz aims to contribute to increasing the use of organically grown cotton in global cotton production, from 1% (2025) to 10%, and then towards 100% organic.

Which organic cotton does Grijz use?

The organic cotton is grown without harmful chemical pesticides, fertilizers, or genetically modified organisms and is 100% GOTS certified by Control Union. It complies with Standard 100 by OEKO-TEX™ and is PETA-approved vegan. The organic cotton is sourced from trusted partners in countries where its origins can be fully traced. The cotton is independently tested to ensure the highest integrity and quality.

What is organic cotton?

Organic cotton is grown according to organic farming criteria. These criteria stipulate that organic farming must avoid the use of harmful pesticides, fertilizers, and genetically modified organisms and must ensure the best possible use of raw materials, soil, water, and people. Only 1% of global cotton production is currently grown organically.

What is heather fabric?

Heather (or mélange) fabric has a mottled appearance and a multicolored effect created by blending multiple yarn colors. This results in a subtle, deep pattern and a rich texture. This gives heather fabric a warm and inviting look and a soft feel.

What payment options does Grijz offer?

Grijz offers the following payment options: iDEAL, Maestro, Bancontact, BLIK, Klarna, MobilePay, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and UnionPay.

How is Grijz clothing packaged and shipped?

The Grijz clothing is packed in a box made of recycled cardboard, without plastic packaging.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

All orders are processed immediately and shipped within 0-5 business days. Please note that during the holidays, delivery services are busier than usual, and the delivery of your package may be delayed. Unfortunately, we no longer have any control over this after your order has left our warehouse. From then on, please keep a close eye on your track & trace code.

Can I track my order?

As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you'll receive an email with a link to track your shipment. During the holidays, please expect longer delivery times due to busy delivery times.

Can I change my address?

Unfortunately, our system can no longer make changes to orders once they've been placed. Therefore, we urge you to always carefully check that you've entered the correct personal information before finalizing your order. If you have any questions, please contact service@grijz.nl and have your order number and address ready.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs vary by item, quantity, and destination country. We'll automatically adjust the shipping costs in your shopping cart.

My package hasn't been delivered yet, what now?

Your package may be delayed. We recommend keeping a close eye on your track & trace code, which indicates the status of your delivery. Some orders are delivered as letterbox packages, which may take a little longer because letterbox packages are not delivered on Sundays and Mondays.

Was my payment successful?

Are you unsure whether your payment has been received correctly, for example after receiving an error message?

Check your bank statements to see if the amount has been debited. Still unsure? Contact service@grijz.nl . They can check for you whether the payment went through correctly.

Are you absolutely certain your payment didn't go through? Then your order hasn't been placed. This means you'll need to resubmit your order and make a new payment.

I didn't receive a confirmation email?

Unfortunately, we can't prevent our emails from sometimes ending up in your spam box. Therefore, always check first to see if the email you're missing is there. If not, you can always contact us at service@grijz.nl.

RETURNS

Can I return my order?

You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Please contact customer service at service@grijz.nl.

Returns are only possible under the following conditions:

1. Returns are only possible within the stated return period of 14 days.

2. We will only process returns if they are returned in their original condition, including labels and packaging. Damaged and/or used (washed) items will be refused and returned.

3. Unidentifiable returns will be stored in our warehouse for up to one month. Customers can contact customer service to discuss this. After this period, the package will be processed through our own records and no further correspondence will be possible.
